When dieting it is very essential that you select the foods that are commonly consumed. Do not introduce totally new or unfamiliar foods as it may be difficult to accept. Gradually decrease the food intake as drastic changes are difficult to accept. Consume small portions of foods within shorter gaps rather than large amounts of foods. If you consume high caloric foods once while dieting, do not panic as it can be balanced by consuming raw vegetable salads or fruits.
